Each 100ml contains: 1-N-butylamine-1-methylethyl phosphoric acid 10gm (eq to 1.37 phosphorus), 5mg cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Atophosphan can be used by intravenous, intramuscular, or subcutaneous route in the following daily doses until cure is established.
Horse and cattle: 5-25ml
Foals and calves: 5-12ml
Sheep and goats: 2.5-5ml
Glass vials: 30, 100, 250, 500, or 1000ml.
