Indications and Usage
Chickens: colibacillosis secondary to infectious bursal disease; chronic respiratory disease caused by mycoplasma gallisepticum & E. coli; salmonellosis caused by salmonella enteritis & salmonella typhimurium; fowl cholera caused by pasteurella multocida; omphalitis caused by pseudomonas spp. & enterobacteriaceae
Pigs: respiratory diseases associated with mycoplasma hyopneumoniae; streptococcus suis & toxigenic strains of pasteurella multocida; rhinitis due to bordetella bronchiseptica; streptococcal meningitis due to streptococcus suis type II.
Chickens: 0.4-1gm Chlortetral 46%/1L drinking water daily for 3–5 days.
Swine: 2gm of Chlortetral 46%/50kg b.wt. in drinking water daily for 3-5 days.
